I grew up in equestrian, built a career across sports business, and now I work at the intersection of both - developing events, partnerships and experiences that raise the commercial ceiling of the sport.

I come from equestrian - I've ridden, worked the industry, know how it thinks. I've also spent years in the rooms where sport meets business: the deals, the partnerships, the moments where the right strategy or the right connection changes everything. That dual perspective is where I work.
I develop events, partnerships and guest experiences for equestrian events, brands and organisations - as an external development partner working alongside the team on the ground. The line between me and pure consulting is that I stay through delivery.
this is the room.Rolex, LVMH, royal families, an affluent global audience. The sport has remarkable raw material. What it doesn't yet have is the commercial infrastructure - the hospitality concepts, partnership frameworks and guest experiences - that matches the prestige of the competition. That gap is where I work.
A speaking engagement, a partnership project, an event brief - every conversation starts the same way.
