How I work

An external partner.
Not a replacement.

I don't replace your event team. I work alongside it - bringing the commercial, partnership and experience perspective while your team keeps its operational expertise.

An external international development partner - working alongside your local team.

Projects are developed remotely and delivered through a hybrid model - combining strategic work, selected on-site phases and close collaboration with your team, local agencies and suppliers.

The model
Phase 01
Remote Development
Often 60-80% of the strategic work

Analysis and benchmarking, workshops and concept development, partnership strategy and pitch materials, hospitality journey design, budgets and timelines.

Phase 02
Selected On-Site Phases
There when presence creates value

Kick-off and site visits, key partner and production meetings, the final preparation days and the event itself. On-site when it matters; remote the rest of the time.

Phase 03
Local Execution
Delivered together

Operational delivery together with your team, local agencies, production partners, venues and suppliers. The right people doing the right things on the ground.

Why this model works
01
Senior expertise without a permanent hire

You may not need a full-time Director of Partnerships or Experience Director. But you need that expertise for a relaunch, a new format, a partnership campaign or the six months before the event. You get senior-level thinking for the project, without creating another permanent role.

02
An outside perspective with inside access

Your team knows the event inside out. I bring the outside eye needed to develop what it could become next - ideas from other sports, premium automotive, international benchmarks. The combination of both is where the best ideas come from.

03
International by default

European markets, premium brands, international guests, luxury automotive and motorsport - the perspective events in Belgium, the Gulf and the US are actually looking for. English-language communication and international networks, ready to use.

04
From concept to delivery

The line between me and pure consulting is execution. I don't just write the strategy and leave. I stay with the project through delivery - on-site for the moments that matter, remote for the rest. The project doesn't lose momentum when I'm not in the room.

Not sure where to start? We can begin with one clear module - a low-risk first project that proves the model before committing to the full scope.
