2. What data we process
- Contact form: the name, company and message you enter, and the topic you select, so we can reply to your enquiry.
- Server log files: when you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type, date and time) for the secure and stable operation of the site.
3. Purpose & legal basis
We process contact-form data to respond to your request and take steps at your request prior to a possible engagement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Hosting & processors
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA), which also processes contact-form submissions on our behalf. Data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework). A data processing agreement is in place with our provider.
5. Cookies & tracking
This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or web analytics. Only technically necessary data required to deliver the site is processed.
6. Storage period
We keep enquiry data only for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting correspondence, and delete it afterwards unless legal retention obligations apply.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact evarabeder@gmail.com.
8. Right to lodge a complaint
